“The report appears to be as thorough as it can be without actually seeing the house. I was surprised at the value of the house they accessed, it was way lower than I anticipated. The price for this thorough report is very fair at $1. Lastly I was sent a personal text by someone at the company within 15 minutes of receiving my report.”

“I was able to get basic info, but the Title Information and history of sales of the property did not come up when I selected the 'button at the bottom'. Am interested in knowing if there are liens or back taxes.”
