“I am an appraiser and a lot of assessors are not working due to Covid and Cook County is the worst to get information. I put Cook County in the search bar and this came up I will see if this gives enough information since this was a exterior only appraisal”

“I appreciated that it says when house was built, when. Year I bought it. Names of parties I purchased from. Location of house on Google. What the house has. Three bedrooms etc. Square footage for lot and house. I was really surprised as to the amount of information that is listed. Thank you”

“currently I have been taken on this property, the property trust it is located in, is being used to steal real estate, from people, they show up as flippers and promise to buy it with the intent tofixit up and sell it then they dissolved their company without selling and paying off the remainder of the loan”
