“The customer service team by phone was very friendly and so was the agent when he called but i did have a problem with waiting time i was waiting about 4 days for the agent to ring and i had to ring the customer service twice then another 5 days after the 4 days before he called”
“Got the money though it's not what I wanted. Found your agent to be on the rude side and he is not patient nd no empathetic. It's take it or leave it especially knowing that for someone to take such a small amount with double interest is a sign of desperation especially when you are vulnerable.
After paying him after two days dropped me a text that he was coming again to collect a payment when asked he confirmed that he had made a mistake.”
