They will contact you every single day until and unless you sign a contract with them.Once you do that they’ll ignore you and ignore your every problems. I signed for my course with this company 4,5 months ago. They provided me a Mentor who is useless and homeless(apparently what he told me on mail). How can a mentor be homeless? And ignored my assessment for 10,14 days I had to contact this so called academy to change my mentor and his response was I’m busy in a meeting( no wonder company like this even has a meeting). Didn’t even changed my mentor. I wanted to become personal trainer that is my dream job but these guys ruined it and wasted my 4 months. They( Mr.Tee )threatened me to pay them £500 if I cancel the contract with them and go somewhere else. My level 2 was pending from 20 days. The homeless mentor told me in a very rude way ‘I’m here to check your assessment not to help you with your course. I signed a contract of £3195 for 3 years. Is that a joke? Enough is enough I went to bank today and explained them whole situation and requested them to get me out of this place and they helped me immediately and returned my direct debit money and cancelled the future payment as well. I’m so glad that now I can do my courses with the people I know and meet everyday in the gym.

“I signed up like many others and found out just how bad PT Academy are.
When i first saw their reviews on Google I thought wow they look good. But once I signed up and had such poor communication, lack of responses to messages, no tutor being assigned (I could go on) I went back and checked their Google reviews and realised that half of their 5 star reviews had vanished, removed by Google it seemed. Looking at all the 1 star reviews seem to imply that all 1 star ones wwere real and the 5 star ones were fake reviews.
PT Academy is a terrible course provider, please avoid at all costs. Their reviews are as fake as anything and their course is just very poor quality and you don't get any support. What bunch of cowboys”
