“Everything was perfect! The online purchase, the in store collection and the time spent by the team ensuring my new skates were both the correct size and were properly baked to my feet. 5⭐️”

“After admittedly ordering a different variant to what I originally intended I contacted the store and within the hour my order had been changed to the correct version. And then it arrived very shortly afterwards. Brilliant service.”

“Excellent customer service! I reached out to the team regarding recreational skates and I got a response REALLY quickly. The subsequent email correspondence couldn't be faulted, I asked a number of questions and one in particular about sizing met with a response of a photo of a drawn outline of someone's foot to show me how to measure mine!! Really helpful and unexpected. The skates arrived really quickly and after ripping my little finger pulling the laces...(lesson learned) I am very pleased with them! Thank you so much, from a very happy customer :)”

“I called and spoke with Malcolm, he was exceptionally helpful finding the correct stick within my price range. He also gave me advice on cutting the stick to size. The stick arrived by 09:00am the next morning. I couldn't be any happier with the service and will definitely shop with you again (especially if a bargain pops up??)”
