“You've gone and done it again...a few weeks ago we came for skates for my husband and received the best service from Ellie, we came back today for some skates for me, this time served by Reef, who was equally patient, knowledgeable, super helpful and assisted me in finding the perfect skates without feeling rushed or hassled. However you recruit and train your staff should become standard as it cannot be faulted. Thanks again Puckstop!!”

“It was actually the square-head scre I had needed but these axles will be a good addition to my equipment kit bag. Kudos to Puckstop halving the delivery charge automatically when realising that the package was tiny and would not cost as much as initially billed. Wish more companies were as honest with customers.”
