Hi Suzanne, I am sorry you have a missing box, sometimes this happens with our courier and we always deal with it as quickly as we can. I know my colleague spoke to you this morning and has chased the box with both our courier and our warehouse. As we have not been able to locate the box with either we will be replacing your goods as promised as soon as possible, My colleague will be contacting you shortly to confirm this.
