Hello Oikonomidoy, I am very sorry that you have not yet received your order or tracking information . I can assure you that this was dispatched on January 15th, which was the next working day after receiving your order. The Courier use for this order is DPD and i can see that this is currently in transit. I will have your tracking information emailed over to you shortly. Placed an order and it was sent to the wrong addresss. This caused me a lot of problems logistically, trying to get to the parcels by the time they were delivered at the wrong address. I could not do this, so they were just left outside, not safely or covered up! Happy with all the products i bought though!!

Hi Sallianne, I am extremely sorry to hear that you have had issues with your delivery which resulted in this being left outside, this is something that we will most certainly bring up with our couriers and be in touch with you about soon. However with regards to the delivery address, i can see that the address you selected for you shipping address was in fact the address the the order was shipped to. All orders you placed which shows both shipping and billing addresses can be found in the MY ACCOUNT section of the website if you wish to check this. Products themselves are quite good. The shipping of the order was not. The order took over a week to get here and was handed off to Fed-Ex by TNT without our knowledge. Fed-Ex was holding it for pickup but the only way we knew was that we were tracking the order daily. The packing of the order was not good considering the fragile nature of the solar pals and clocks. The packaging of some were badly damaged which is not going to be very attractive to customers. Need to improve on packing and shipping.

My first order arrived ..not too bad I thought ..until i unpacked and found 2 broken items inside. One i could repair with some glue ..the other ..a unicorn .the hoof was missing all together

Great products at great prices but having to spend £300 to get free delivery or it £9.95? Bit pricey to be honest. I use another complany who charges £6.95 or free over £100.

+Has interesting stock, +Min quantities are low - a lot of items out of stock - prices for there own lines can be cheaper elsewhere!

Delivered on time. All the items present . However to itemsee broken. The mystic realms and emerald prophency fairy both broken. Really disappointed.

Good transaction and lovely items. Exactly as described. Items did not arrive broken this time despite there still being a poor packaging situation. Courier also commented on this stating box is not strong enough to handle the weight. My package weighed 27.12kgs but Puckator packed it in a 2-ply corrugated box that can only hold a maximum weight of 6.5kgs. Minimal bubble wrap was used to protect my items. The company prefer to use shredded cardboard box which doesn't protect your items as a previous order arrived damaged twice. If Puckator improves how they pack items when they charge £9.99 for delivery, they would then get a 5* rating from me. Despite this they did read my comments regarding delivery as at least they used fragile tape on the box as my order was bath bombs and bone china mugs.

Well, great deal of interesting products. Yet, I wasn't happy of the shape the package looked when it was delivered to Romania. We have a lot of European suppliers, but we've always got packages that looked good and no products were damaged. This wasn't the case with Puckator now. How am I supposed a Lisa Parker mug with a broken carton box, for example? And not being able to choose color/style/etc for the products that come in various options is another problem...

Login in to Puckator is a nightmare. I had to phone to get a new password. Unfortunately you don't seem to be holding a stock of the 'OWL' items and as this is what we sell it is very disappointing. Some of our best selling items the polka dot collection you seem to have stopped also the Owl notepads, cloth bags, stickers etc all in owl designs are no longer available.

1 bit missing from one of my items 1 bit broken from one of my items Reported straight away but as yet no reply, it would be nice to know they received my complaint & what they are going to do. Other than that delivery was quick & the rest of the items are all ok & good quality.

unfortunately, this tie round was not lucky as after effecting payment and sent an email stating the payment has been made, I noticed that after a week I had notrecieved my goods that were extremely urgent for a client..so I called and was told my order was not packed yet, after checking the payment they found my paypal payment went into drop ship.I asked if they could be sent express as the client needed them by this sat..and unfortunately they still have not arrived , my fingers are still crossed

As you are based in Malta we sent it on the quickest service we had available at the time, unfortunately that is a 3 - 5 day service, there was not an option to get it to you on the Saturday. Hi, I am sorry if we have not had the stock you require available at the time you placed your order. Our buying team work hard to get new and back in stock lines to us as quickly as possible. When items are popular or low in stock then sometimes they can go out of stock while your order is being processed, but out website stock levels are updated throughout the day to give you as accurate available level as possible.
