I love the items that Puckator sells. Unfortunately, the packaging department lets them down. I placed an order and it all came in one box. It was so heavy, the courier could not lift it and asked me for my help (I am a 60 year old woman). He was not be lazy, either. The box weighed around 30 kilos (it felt like 35+). What were they thinking packing EVERYTHING into one box? The items should have been packed into at least two boxes but they were obviously trying to save money. It is unacceptable and it puts me off ordering from them (this is not the first time this has happened). I have given you a three-star rating. It would have been much lower but the rest of your service is good.

Hi Angela, I am very sorry you have had this issue with your order. I have spoken to our warehouse manager and the staff member that packed the order this morning as this is not acceptable from our warehouse team. Our courier allows us to pack up to 31.5kg per box but we should not be packing the boxes that heavy as it is not a manageable weight for our customers, the courier or our staff in the warehouse. I just received my order and there were actually two damaged dragon DRG411 not just the one they came with a AandB sticker(the crystals fell out)

Hi Pete, I am very sorry you didn’t get the dragon you were expecting. As a wholesaler we do not offer colour selection on our range as we have lots of lines that come in assorted designs or colours and it would be very difficult to manage the stock in our warehouse. Whenever assorted lines are ordered we try to give customers an equal mix of the colours/designs available as long as we have a good mix from our suppliers. If you have a customer in the future who requires a certain colour then please add a note to your order and we will see what we can do. Not impressed with the new stock coming in 2 days after I'd ordered after it said that it would be Oct! I would have held on as I wanted to inc the bath bombs in my £100 minimum. I have emailed but had no response as yet.

once i had managed to work out the on line order form , it was easy to do, I found the required merchandise and ordered and paid for the products online. My only concern was some of the products were poor quality once boxes opened.

Have been ordering for a while now, packaging could be better, however, any breakages are immediately sent out with new to replace.

We have ordered few times and there was usually no problem. This time with our last order... quite a few items came in not the best quality and broken. Such a shame

First order with pukator, oil burners arrived a day late with dpd, several burners arrived broken, and the quality of some of them wasn't great.

Dear Richard Thank you for the feedback. Apologies for the delay in DPD delivering your order, this is quite unusual, but unfortunately when the goods have left our warehouse, the delivery time is slightly out of our hands. The products are really lovely but a large percentage of the wax melts I ordered arrived in broken containers and I have had to repackage them and a few of the pens / pencils had parts missing.

Items were ok but packaging was a disgrace, boxes came damaged wasn't impressed with that at all. Better care needs taking.

Disappointing! A number of items were broken due to thoughtless packing and the parcels were unacceptably large and heavy. But the items were fun and excellent items for small Xmas and other presents when we got to them

Great delivery time. Disappointed that quantity on Website doesn't reflect actual quantities, even after going through checkout it still doesn't reflect actual quantities so when items have run out of stock etc buyers are unaware of the goods they are actually going to receive. Packaging usually very good, some items may on this occasion may have been squashed hence a damaged item, however this is only an assumption, item may have already been broken prior to packaging. In general a good service and will/do use frequently.

Dear Susan Thank you for the mostly positive feedback. In relation to the stock quantities available on the website, I can assure you that this is the actual quantity we have in stock at that moment. 99% of the time customers do get their entire order when ordering online, but due to the popularity of our products, we can have more than one customer ordering a line at virtually the same time. In terms of the damages, this can happen from time to time, we will of course credit or replace if you let our customer service know. Regards Matthew

Good service, well packed ...but just wish your email reply was a little better...I sent email on Thursday 18th June regarding order we received Wed 17th which had some damaged items, No reply yet, but I have email asking how we did etc....It's not just you, we seem to have problems with other large suppliers, regarding the email response time etc, just wish all companies would pick it up a little... When I placed the order the advertisement showed 6 different scarecrow but I only received 2 different kinds. The reason order was placed was for my terminally ill mother who wants scarecrow for her funeral. Delivery was made when they promised.

Dear Jacqui I am very sorry about this. These scarecrows were always available in the 6 designs shown. However, on our most recent delivery the supplier sent just two designs, we were not aware of this until yesterday. We have now updated the picture to reflect this change.
