HORRIBLE SERVICE! Stay far-far away as you can, from the Polish branch atleast. They just cancel your orders randomly, and when you try to contact them through customer service you get arrogant responses from someone, in my case Patryk, who doesn't even fully read what you wrote. It's clear that this company doesn't give a damn about it's customers. Be warned!

Very Disappointed. The postage description online does not reflect the time it takes to receive your items. I would not expect to receive my items so slowly for £9.95 it took 5 days from paying for the products to them arriving. Normally it is next day. There was a lot of damaged items. When I complained Puckator was not interested as my items arrived within the time they have stated online. Not very customer focused at all! The postage description needs to reflect the service you pay for.

I can assure you that we do not want any of our customers to feel disappointed in any way and will always try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We do always try to get all orders out as quickly as possible within the 5 working days so i am very sorry that you feel this has not been the case on the occasion. Our delivery times are stated on the shipping and delivery page of website to make you aware that there may be occasions when orders can take up to five working days to be delivered. If you need your order to arrive quicker then we do offer a priority service which is a one to two working day service. Your Damages email have been received this afternoon so that will be processed as quickly as possible and we will also include a full refund your shipping cost on this occasion as a way of an apology. My order was 4 days late which resulted in me missing s craft fair and when my order did arrive 2 item where smashed

Purchased 70 items, 10 are second quality some have holes the size of a one pence others have casting marks on the faces, 2 skulls completely have the bottom of them missing, sent email but no response after 24h

Hi Suzanne, I am very sorry to hear you received damaged and faulty products. We send 100s of orders a day and we do try our best to check as much as possible before it is dispatched. Hi Cath I am very sorry to hear that you received some broken products. We do try extremely hard to pack to a standard where breakages are very limited, as you can see from our very high feedback. No matter how many times I tell Puckator this, they pack their products in very thin and easily damaged boxes. Their staff and service are excellent but our latest order has a box with holes in it. :-(

Hi Sue I am very sorry that you have had some problems with the quality of some of our products. As you can see, the majority of our reviews are 5 stars and product quality is often mentioned as one of the reasons we receive mostly 5 star feedback. Clearly on this occasion something has gone wrong. Can I ask that you immediately contact our customer services department so we can get to the bottom of what has happened and replace the goods that are deemed poor quality. I have rang your office on 7-1-16 (Thursday ) to report that our delivery parcel was arrived as damaged and your delivery driver has just left our parcel outside our shop when it was raining outside . The parcel was all wet and as you can see on the picture that the parcel was also damaged with a big hole showing some of the goods. After checking inside, some goods are wet as they were in a paper base boxes, I wanted to claim two boxes of items that are wet : A box of 24 x Lip floral gloss balm : product code is LIP39 A box of 24 x IQ cube : product code is TY516. Hi Catherine I am really sorry about the issue you had with a parcel been left outside, this is clearly unacceptable. I would point out though, the driver is not "our" driver, but a third party courier, in this case DPD. We will of course take this up with them as a matter of urgency. Dear Tayfun As you can imagine, we are mortified with our first ever one star review and would like to get to the bottom of this issue for you. Looking at your order, most of the products were incense and other items that do no contain a sticker of any kind. Can you expand the the exact product you had a problem with, so we can investigate further. We have sold millions of products this year and this is the first time a customer has ever mentioned this. Very dissapointed with quality and finish of some of the items in my order. Be very lucky if I'm able to sell on for profit. Very sad and dissapointed indeed. :(
