“I love my stock. A couple broken but not Puckators' fault as i have seen the way boxes get thrown in delivery vans. Quality brilliant....size what they say on site. Found me new fav supplier.”

“As always we were very pleased with our stock. Ordering was no problem. There were a few items we had wanted that were out of stock but we’ll order those another time. Goods were delivered swiftly & packaged well.”

“Great products and service, was slightly disappointed by the unexpected VAT addition at the end, I didn’t notice anything saying +vat, then plus delivery it was about £25 dearer than I originally thought”

“Arrived quickly. All good quality items. However the alpaca plush keyrings that make a sound.... definitely not a happy alpaca humming sound, which was what I was expecting, this is more like the stud male's mating sound! Quite alarming and not the normal sound of these gentle creatures. Made me laugh tho! 😂”

“My experience with Puckactor I have always had very good experience via website or customer service However, on this occasion I received a few items broken or damaged. I believe that the damage occurred when the courier service provider rammed my large box into their van. This customer service person dealt with my enquiries claim and professional Awaiting my replacements”

“most of the products are value for money and we are extremely pleased with them. However we have noticed over the months you have cut down on the 'OWL' themed products and as we are an'owl sanctuary' this does concern us as we are no longer able to provide a range of different ware.”
