“Very satisfied with my order which arrived on the due date, all items were as expected & very well packaged. One slight improvement- if a copy of the invoice could be included in future parcels that would be very helpful.”

“Order came quickly and some items I would be happy to order again. Some items not so much like the Moroccan lanterns as the doors to a couple of them are not great at closing and one has big scratch marks on the inside where someone has obviously been trying to lift one of the flaps to keep the glass in place! This doesn’t fill me with confidence to sell it on. However the rest of the order seems fair and some items are amazing value!”

“Service is good and products are great. As a small business a smaller minimum spend would make it easier to order more regularly!! I already have more orders but will have to wait a couple of weeks !!”

“The minimum order wasn't to high so made it affordable to me, I liked the fact they had fantasy items which i was looking for, and it will be sent out quite quick even for a bank holiday weekend”

“Puckator is usually very good for as we have relied on your 'owl' products but unfortunately you have seemed to have stopped doing most of the products we have ordered over the last two years and its such a shame as we have had in the past a fantastic service from you.”

“Very good service and quick delivery. I really like the time slot alloction with PDP which meant i could go about my business without waiting in all day. One of the items was broken hence i would have given 5 stars if not for that”

“Packed and arrived extremely well. Satisfied. I have one suggestion, would be good if you could put the suggested or recommended price next to unit price to give sellers an idea how much to sell items for. This would save having to look on amazon or eBay for the price guide.”

“My order was complete and delivered very quickly. The only issue I had was with the packing. I bought several ranges in bulk, some were set with an outer boxes but odd number items were packed 'around' these, as a result I had 2 broken burners and several damaged boxes. It would be useful to know how many you get in a prepacked box so I could order in that quanitity in the future.”
