“Orders are always delivered on time and they are always helpful on the occasions I have had to contact them. Goods are of excellent quality. Unfortunately though every single order I've had from them always has damaged goods. The goods are often sliced through with a box cutter obviously done at the warehouse when goods were being packed but just lately it's getting worse and I've had to throw so much stuff away as I can't sell it to my customers and it's such a hassle returning which is a shame as i would like to keep buying from them but I'm starting to get fed up with it now. Other than the damaged goods they they provide excellent goods, value and service”

“Quality and price very good . Hospital charity gift shop well attended and we find that out patients, especially elderly and disabled, love having items to hand and being available to them. Goods are affordable and attractive.”

“Order was delivered when stated. It is good that a 1 hour time slot is allocated so didn't have to wait in all day. Some items damaged but have sent you an e-mail with photo.”
