“I have not ordered for some considerable time from you because your delivery service and telephone manner left very little to be desired BUT i decided to try again and see if things had improved well THEY HAVE what an amazing service thank you very much Vanessa steel Angel De Light”

“I love your products and have always been very satisfied with the service you offer and delivery times. The only thing I could suggest to encourage me to buy more frequently is to reduce the minimum order amount to qualify for free delivery ?”

“I am very happy with my order, it all arrived in super fast time, very well packed. A few of the lighter items had packaging crushed by the heavy items but looking at the way it was packed, they had done their best to prevent this from happening. I am guessing that it happened by the boxes being mishandled in transit. I would happily order again.”

“Hi, we ordered our Christmas stock for our craft market and were very pleased with the quality of the goods. They were very well packed and only 2 pieces were broken which we glued back together and will keep for our own use. The order arrived on time and the email was very useful before it arrived to tell us when it would arrive. I phoned the office and asked if we can visit the showroom and were told to arrange a time before our visit. It would help if we could return the packaging boxes and cardboard and paper padding as it seams a waste to bin it all. WE hope to see you all soon as we will be buying lots of our stock from you in the future. Stuart Wakefield Acc No; LIGH11”

“I have always found Puckator a great company to deal with. If mistakes are made or damages received they are quickly and effectively dealt with in the same manner as order themselves. I always say its not the mistakes that matter it is the way they are dealt with!”
