“Ordered £100 of wine, received confirmation email had money taken but no wine has arrived and no response to email. Phone is not working! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ITS PROBABLY GONE BUST”

“NO STARS!!! I ordered 2nd August, paid in full and have had no update or correspondence. I have emailed 3 times and messaged on Facebook and received no reply! They have taken my money and I have nothing to show for it! Thoroughly disappointed- will never use them and feel that I have been conned. I will be reporting the company!”

“NO STARS...PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY, NO PRODUCT HAS ARRIVED, IGNORING MY PHONE CALLS AND E MAILS. STILL TAKING MONEY BUT SOCIAL MEDIA NOT UPDATED SINCE 2021. I LOST £45 WITH THESE SCAMMERS.... PLEASE DON'T DO THE SAME AS ME.”

“Placed an order for 18 bottles of breton cidre at, what appeared to be, a bargain price. Tried two different cards for payment but was told to try another way of paying, like what? I guess that there was non in stock at this price but it looks good on the website. Finally ordered from 'beersofeurope' with no problems and could pay by paypal.”

“I purchased 6 bottles from Pull the Cork and opted not to receive different vintages. I received the wrong wine, when I contacted to sort this, they apologised, made an excuse and offered me the equivilant of £3 as to compensate. I said no thanks, rearranged a 3 hour timeslot for delivery as they asked and instead of showing up, they sent me a feedback form. Do not buy from here as they are misleading and sending the wrong wine. You will struggle to get a refund.”
