“The Good Reviews seemed to have stopped around 2 years ago. So looks like ‘Pull the Cork’ has stopped trading but disgustingly have left the website functioning, so someone is taking money with no intention of supplying anything. I spent around £45 on some beers I was after and couldn’t find anywhere else where i could get them. Received a confirmation invoice then it was complete radio silence - no responses to emails and the phone no. provided just rings until it gets timed out. Always do proper research first when ordering from these small outfits (I didn’t!) and always use Credit Card so if something does go wrong you’ve a chance of getting your money back.”

“DO NOT buy anything from this company. Wine I ordered has not arrived. They do not answer any emails. I'm presuming the company is not in operation anymore but they have not bothered taking down the website and are still taking orders and peoples money.”

“This used to be a great company. Went to order Christmas wine this year and after 9 days of no dispatch, no answered emails or calls, no response on social media, found these reviews. Disappointing they've left their website up and are letting people send them orders they're not going to fulfil. It's super easy to take it offline and treat your customers with respect, but no. If this happened to you, call your bank and request a chargeback to get the cash back.”

“NO STARS!!! I ordered 2nd August, paid in full and have had no update or correspondence. I have emailed 3 times and messaged on Facebook and received no reply! They have taken my money and I have nothing to show for it! Thoroughly disappointed- will never use them and feel that I have been conned. I will be reporting the company!”

“Placed an order for 18 bottles of breton cidre at, what appeared to be, a bargain price. Tried two different cards for payment but was told to try another way of paying, like what? I guess that there was non in stock at this price but it looks good on the website. Finally ordered from 'beersofeurope' with no problems and could pay by paypal.”

“I purchased 6 bottles from Pull the Cork and opted not to receive different vintages. I received the wrong wine, when I contacted to sort this, they apologised, made an excuse and offered me the equivilant of £3 as to compensate. I said no thanks, rearranged a 3 hour timeslot for delivery as they asked and instead of showing up, they sent me a feedback form. Do not buy from here as they are misleading and sending the wrong wine. You will struggle to get a refund.”
