First and last time ordering on here....Customer service does not know what's going on around them and are not helpful at all.

I love Puma but this will be the last time I order from puma.com you never get your order like you suppose to and customer services is a f**king joke money spends anywhere and I will be buying puma elsewhere

If I can give a negative star I would. Terrible customer service I have ever recieved from online shopping. I ordered two slides, mine fit perfectly, however I had to return my husband's one because it was tight. They received back the item over three weeks ago and still cannot process my refund. I have been calling several times and everytime is a different excuse I am getting. Its so unfair, they have the item back and my money while I am left without anything and a credit card bill to pay.

14 days and still no order. No customer service only chat bots. Not worth it first and last time I order from puma.com. go to adidas or under armor.

Terrible service! I placed an order on the website for which my card was charged $112.00 ten minutes after the order was placed it was canceled and I have yet to get my money back so they took my money and I didn't get my shoes! Pitiful!

My card was declined but Puma still put a hold on my money and I’ve been waiting longer than a week to have my money put back in my account. They told me 3-5 business days and it’s already been 7 business days, now I have to wait the whole weekend plus some days to get this issue resolved. I Will NEVER EVER order from them again...

I’ve been waiting for my order since early November! Puma agreed to refund me, then changed their minds. My package got sent back to them so we shall see if this ever gets resolved... I enjoyed shopping with puma until this experience.

Absolutely appalling customer service! Order placed 28 Nov still not arrived. Lost in post. I am told I need to wait for the courier company to refund and will be refunded thereafter. Which company does that? The customer did not choose the courier you did so PUMA you sort your issues between yourselves and not penalise customer for it!! Still waiting for my refund since forever!!! Will never order again of course.

Golf shoes fall apart even when not using them much.. They don't last long.. Buy another brand.

Would give zero stars if it wS an option. I am incredibly disappointed in Puma's customer service. I placed an order on 4/26 and have yet to receive it after receiving an email that it was shipped on 4/28. I have sent 2 emails to Customer Service with no response 2 weeks ago. I also was promised a credit by 2 representatives I chatted with and have not received that either. The last repesentative I chatted with was obvious she was getting agitated as she started typing me in all caps and she ended the conversation without asking if i had additonal questions. I will never purchase a Puma product again. I am sure more people would feel the same if they ever had to come in contact with those that represent this company.

I ordered a custom order from a well known website a whole day after I placed my Puma order. (which was almost a $200) WELL, my CUSTOM ORDER has shipped and Puma STILL has not even sent my "on its way" email. Contacted customer service and apparently, as of right now it takes 4 days (or more) just to put shoes in a box!

If I could give negative stars I would. PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I’m out money and shoes not to mention I have to return a damn item they sent me by mistake. WTH. I wish I would have read these reviews before I spent any money here. Good luck with customer service by the way there a real gem 🙄.

I buy a red pant from u guys not even 6 months and is already damage is hole all over my pockets and legs after I pay $70 that’s the worst investment I ever did on a clothes purchasing

I placed and order on puma.com on December 20 with the assumption of guaranteed delivery by Christmas because it was offered only to not have any movement once I got confirmation that it shipped after 3 days I did a chat with an agent online who the assured me I will have it by Christmas only to finally see movement the day after I called and it says an after Christmas delivery date for me to contact them again via chat and then to to tell me there is nothing the can do and for me to ask to speak to a supervisor and her to also tell me there is nothing she can do I work in a distribution center and I know for a fact the could stop the package in transit and they keep assisting they can’t I asked for a refund they told me I would have to receive the items and return them so here it is a new year and I still don’t have my initial Christmas gift for my fiancé only to receive an alert I will not receive it til 01/09/2020 remind you the order was place on 12/20/2019 I’m so dissatisfied with their service I told everyone I know not to ever purchase anything else from them!! If I ever receive the package I will be returning it for a full refund this is very distasteful!!! They offered me free expedited shipping on my next order why would I purchase anything else from you all after you ruined my Christmas!!! I still don’t have my items
