Missing item, wrong address, terrible packing and customer service! If I could give zero star, I would! Ordered 5 items in one order and only received 4 but I was still charged for 5 items. When I returned the order, FedEx people told me that the original packing was a total mess and would fall apart if I didn't change the box, so I had to spend money to buy a new box at the FedEx office so they could process the return. Then I called Puma customer service to place a new order, but they messed up with the shipping address, my unit number was missing, however they couldn't do anything to it because they said the label had been created. Then I called FedEx and was told that only shipper was authorized to change the address. Called Puma again, the call got cut off when I was speaking with a representative and I never received a call back. Called Puma one more time, they told me their system was done so they couldn't do anything. Puma is just a scammer company! Will never buy anything from them again!

Bad quality clothing, appalling returns service caused partly by them making you use Evri (haven't even tried to deliver my return parcel to Puma 12 days and counting) and partly by their shocking customer service staff who promise a refund then send an email telling you to wait longer then insist your have to complete a complex online form, all of which is designed to avoid refunding you. Avoid avoid avoid!

Placed an order September 19th and as of today October 22nd still have not received my order. Today I called customer service for the third time and was told that my order "probably" would not ship because it has been more than 30 days, but there is no guarantee that it would be cancelled or ship. Each call I was told that someone would contact me to follow up on my order. Ended the call with the rep and contacted my bank to dispute the charge.

I'm really disappointed in puma coz i bought puma sleepers worth R500 price at office london store in durban (town) west street and i just wore them for like 3 times but they are damaged already they still fresh and new...not happy about their material at all...

Do not buy Puma. I bought them for my son and after wearing it, his feet were hurting due to thin sole.I contacted them and this is what Puma customer service responded "Please be advised that we don't consider discomfort as a damaged or defective item. We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept your return for your order" Do not waste your money. Newbalance or Sketchers are way better, I personally can tell you but Puma, stay away!

I placed an order and there was a mistake in my address I called them after 5 min and they were not able to cancel or correct the address and they said they don’t care the order will be shipped to the wrong address. I called them 20 times and all what they said was they can’t help. I never had an issue with anyone but just with them. For sure Puma is still a low brand and very unprofessional.

Do not ever order from Puma!! The worst customer service! I ordered $200 worth of items on sale for my 3 kids. Almost 3 weeks later and still no clothes. My clothes have been sitting at FedEx for a week in Mass with no explanation and Puma refused to follow up. The manager Maria stated her boss told her to tell me to wait 9 more days. Which will almost be 4 weeks! After 9 days they will contact FedEx🤬 Another package that never left California was supposed to be canceled and refunded but they shipped it even after l canceled it. I don’t get a big income tax! My kids needed the clothes. This is bad business! Maria wanted to refund me my money for the inconvenience so l can buy my kids clothes and her boss said no. They told me sorry it we can’t do anything for you! I will never go through this again! I will stick with Nike! When that package arrive l will return it unopened! I my damn money! Never again! Buyer beware! I hate Puma!!!

We waited nearly 2 months for a new arrival to drop. Signed up for email notifications as well. The morning the product drops I am online and ready. Their site is freezing and not opening. Tried 3 separate devices all on different networks to no avail. Tried calling, tried the chat. Just plain worthless. Then after 1.5 hours of attempts it claims sold out. So frustrated that this national company is this poorly equipped to handle incoming orders.

The worst site to order from, if you see a typo error it cannot be changed like other sites, nor can you cancel an order. Called Customer service & they are no help at all. They cannot change an incorrect address or cancel the order so you can reorder with a correct address. The consumer as to go through hell & just let the order go to the wrong address. Insane!!!!

‼️‼️‼️‼️ I WOULD NEVER AGAIN ORDER “ANYTHING” FROM THEIR ONLINE STORE!! SEEMS LIKE THEIR ONLINE EMPLOYEES ARE FROM OTHER COUNTRIES AND NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE AT ALL WHEN IT COMES TO THEIR JOB!! HAD ME ON HOLD FOR ALMOST AN HOUR TO GET ANSWERS ABOUT REORDERING AN ITEM THAT WAS TOO BIG, WANTED TO CHARGE ME FULL PRICE, WHEN I GOT IT ON SALE!! THEN I ASK HER NAME AND ID NUMBER, THE EMPLOYEE STATED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES SHE CANT GIVE HER LAST NAME AND ALSO THAT THAT DONT HAVE ID NUMBERS. WOW!!!! I’m so disappointed in puma this is third time I have ordered something from there and got 3 different delivery dates and this time my delivery date went from 10/29/21 to 11/01/21 to that date coming and going then it went to we’ll let you know when it’s on the way like wtf and the only way I get notified is if I check the site they don’t notify me and I was supposed to wear this particular outfit on my. birthday this past Sunday 10/31/2021 this is ridiculous I was a very strong supporter of puma now I’m going back to Nike unless something is done I will not continue to spend my money and not receive good service

Order products online on the 10th Oct. Waited till the 22nd Oct to follow up regarding the order. Tried calling their 1800 number, twice, left a message to be called back. That was 1 week ago. Sent an email to follow up regarding the missing order. No response other than their auto-reply. So far, customer experience sucks. No help, no response and no idea what is happening to my order. They gave us a 7-14 days delivery timeframe, it's been 16 days now, and no update regarding delay or anything. I understand there might be a delay in delivery what I don't understand is the lack of communication and updates regarding progress of fulfillment. If you're ordering online, don't waste your time. You get no help from them whatsoever.

Looking to buy a golf bag? DON'T BUY COBRA golf 😡 I bought high-end waterproof cart bag - within 16mos seams started coming apart, then zippers broke. Response was "Warranty is 12 months". Shitty service from shitty company selling shitty gear!

I bought 2 pairs of Pumas off EBay , about an hour after I ordered I noticed the shipping address was wrong so I contacted Puma asking them to vorrrct the shipping r to cancel the order so I could correct and I was told that they could neither. They would not be change shipping address or allow me to cancel the order so the shoes I ordered are going to South Carolina while I live in New York and I’m just out that money , They are unwilling to assist in any way ,I called Corporate they told me same thing, Guess customer service is not on their priority list , apparently they don’t care about customer satisfaction , I will definitely not buy from Puma again which is a shame cause I like the style of their products but the terrible customer service and the money I’m losing is out weighing that ,
