The person I spoke with said the order would ship sometime next week. I won't even complain here about shipping times as the worst part of my interaction with this company was the extreme rudeness by the person who answered the phone. I have never ever - ever had a company representative speak to me this way. She was sarcastic, mean and rude. “I recently purchased a leather harness for my dog. I received it and it was too big for her. I contacted you on multiple occasions (email, text, calls) and no one ever returned any of my calls. I wanted to exchange the harness before the deadline of (10 days) from delivery and I NEVER heard back from ANYONE!
Needless to say, I had no choice but to keep a $60+ harness that I will never use.
I will not be a returning customer nor will I recommend you. The customer service was non-existent.”
