The journey that commenced as a hopeful investment opportunity took a sharp turn towards devastation, resulting in a loss of $97,100. Discovering that I had fallen victim to a scam left me grappling with a mix of emotions - embarrassment, anger, and a sense of uncertainty regarding my next course of action. Amidst my quest for a remedy, I stumbled upon RANGEPRO.ORG, a company that initially gave me pause. Their professionalism, however, shone through brightly. Right from the start, their team treated me respectfully, articulated the recovery process in a transparent manner, and steered clear of making any grandiose pledges. Their consistent communication and efforts to keep me informed throughout the process were a reassuring presence. To my pleasant surprise, their endeavors bore fruit by successfully recovering a sizable portion of the funds I had previously deemed lost forever.

I purchased a Harness over a month ago after numerous emails and calling on the phone I have no replies to my email no harness no refund .. do not purchase anything from this vendor.. very disappointing…

I ordered an item and saw that it was immediately charged to my AMEX. I sent an email a week later to to check the status of the order and did not receive a response, so I called 2 days later. The person I spoke with said the order would ship sometime next week. I won't even complain here about shipping times as the worst part of my interaction with this company was the extreme rudeness by the person who answered the phone. I have never ever - ever had a company representative speak to me this way. She was sarcastic, mean and rude. She said she would cancel the order as she knew I would be trouble to deal with (paraphrasing). Thank goodness I got my money back quickly and I am glad to be done with this company. There are just too many customer-centric businesses out there ... no need to deal with ones that employ such hateful people.

I recently purchased a leather harness for my dog. I received it and it was too big for her. I contacted you on multiple occasions (email, text, calls) and no one ever returned any of my calls. I wanted to exchange the harness before the deadline of (10 days) from delivery and I NEVER heard back from ANYONE! Needless to say, I had no choice but to keep a $60+ harness that I will never use. I will not be a returning customer nor will I recommend you. The customer service was non-existent.
