“I asked you to send a tube to my cousin in Germany, so at the moment I cannot comment on the success of the product yet. However I can comment on the postage situation. I expected to pay extra and did but discovered my cousin had to pay again to uplift the parcel. A bit embarrassing. Also it was in an enormous parcel.I think, in future, I will have the parcel sent to me in NZ and will post on myself, then I can list it as a gift and it would have been delivered to his house with no other charges. A note for others sending or maybe even for your at pure peony. It's possible you didn't know this would happen.”

“The skin remedy is excellent for treating my very bad eczema. After 2 weeks it is looking much better. Unfortunately trying to get it sent is proving difficult. There is no indication that the products I ordered are temporarily unavailable in my location, either on the website or on the order confirmation email.”

“I have a nasty rash on my back caused by eczema. The Pure Peony High Factor cream is definitely helping with the itching, but it's a bit early to tell whether it will actually clear the rash. Here's hoping!”

“I have been using your product for almost 2 years now. But, my recent purchase of the 80ml cream tube was a little disappointing. I noticed that the cream was not as thick and they were splitting. The cream was on one side and the water was on one side. They are kept in a dry place and in room temperature. This happened to me once before as well but didn’t comment on till it happened again which this purchase.”

“leaves my hair soft and clean. It has not relieved the itch unfortunately. I think there is a small improvement in the flaking. I will continue to use the shampoo and conditioner in the hope it will improve the itch in time'”
