“Received a third of my order. On chat line they told me that the rest would be sent. After waiting a week sent another email asking where it was. Next day got email saying waiting for courier. No personal email saying sorry or any interaction between business and client”

“Peony Moisturiser was too rich for my face skin type - will use for the body only Peony Root skin Remedy- is very thick on the skin but my ecezma still flares up - does help moisturisers the neck area”

“Only used for 3 days so far, its possible ive noticed a slight improvement, child not itching so much. Was using steroid adhoc so much happier using something like this. I like that i have something gentle to put on her face too as a daily moisturiser.”

“Good service, the products arrived nicely packaged in a tin and the shampoo lathers up well. Unfortunately neither it nor the conditioner did help my scalp eczema or dandruff, it actually dried out my skin more and made it slightly worse, and also dried my hair out quite a lot. A real shame, I had high hopes - but then again, every body reacts differently.”

“Lovely scent and texture, however it leaves my skin feeling tight and dry feeling, no matter how much I put on. I don’t think this is right for my skin type unfortunately so I’m using it as a primer. I have normal skin, oily t zone.”

“Was not very well packaged and the tubes were soiled. Have not used the product yet. To have paid quite a bit I would expect the products to be more securely wrapped. The tins were dented possibly from mail manhandling.I was not as excited to receive as I was when reading about your product. I hope that the product is as good as advertised.”

“I love the shampoo bars and conditioner bars but my last purchase I was sent the wrong items. I orders a 3 pack of shampoo bars but received one conditioner bar and one soap bar. I emailed you guys about it, please get back to me!”

“The pure peony cream works wonders and clears up eczema beautifully on my 9 month old infant. Lovely that there is a natural alternative for eczema! However the cream is very thin and so the cream absorbs very quickly, meaning that multiple layers of applications are required. This is troublesome as 80mls of cream can easily be used up in one day! Given the price per tube it is unaffordable for us to currently use this cream as it stands. Perhaps there could be a cream designed with a higher level of moisturisation for babies? The cream also took 3 weeks for it to arrive which was not communicated to me, so I therefore had to chase up on my order on two separate occasions.”

“I first bought a tester of the high factor root remedy as I was dubious it would help with my psoriasis (entire palm of one hand that constantly splits and is quite a mess, thanks Covid) it worked as equally well as my topical steroid cream but was missing the moisture. So 5-6 weeks later I just purchased the healing bar soap and the moisture. I like the healing bar soap and even braved it on my face with reduction in my blackheads seen after a week only . The moisturizer doesn't match my favourite sorbolene cream and it smells strongly unlike the other products, a mix of clay and seaweed smell. Has it helped my psoriasis yes but it could just be that since I'm aware I've paid a fair bit of money for these products I'm ensuring I use them on a more than regular basis”

“A nice smooth product to use. I did think the quantities were a bit small for the price. Personally, i have not found much difference with my skin after using the products every day for at least a week. May take more time for me, as i read some people have had better results.”

“I love the night time moisturiser, but unfortunately the shampoo and conditioner bar for my scalp psoriasis is not helping. i also find it really tricky to undo the shampoo lid on the container with wet hands. The conditioner is fine as it is a screw top.”

“I have only just started using so can't rate the product.the purchase and delivery was very easy, no problems. Getting the cream to come out of the tube was difficult, I remove the screw lid, them removed the silver protection, but nothing came out no matter how much I squeezed. I endup using a sharp object to make a hole.then returned the screw cap and after a couple of good squeezes success. This could be a problem if you have limited hand use or no how. Thanks for the speedy delivery.i look forward to using the product.”

“Not up to expectations. Hair lacks lustre , feels limp and the shampoo combined with other conditioner has no better result. After using both your products I have determined they are money wasted IMO.”
