“Very poor customer service! On phone and email! Not trying to help or having empathy! I still haven’t received my package since the 21st of June and already moved to another city and they don’t want to accept that it was lost even though I sent them the usps email taking full responsibility that the package was lost! Wouldn’t recommend the service even if the May have a great product!”

“Wife was surprised by how quiet I was. I’m sleeping less and getting more out of my sleep. It’s a tad bit uncomfortable at first but after a few days I got used to it. My wife won’t let me sleep next to her without it.”

“I was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea and prescribed a C-PAP machine over 10 years ago. I couldn't get used to it and gave up. My wife suffered with my loud snoring, and my cessation of breathing occasionally for up to a half minute would wake me up as well as scare my wife. For the last four years I've been wearing the PureSleep device every night. What a difference. Everybody's happy and getting a full nights sleep. I even wear it when taking a nap.”

“The mouthpiece generally works well. The newer designs are not as robust as the original design and they are a bit smaller. I have a hard time keeping mine in place all night. When it is in place it really works for me”

“Easy to assemble and fit properly with thorough directions. Material and shape is comfortable in my mouth. Works great, has stopped my snoring and made it easier to breath at night. Actually works for my sleep apnea. Slight drawback is it keeps my mouth open the whole night, even when I try to close my lips, but I don’t know that that’s avoidable. Takes getting used to and slightly sore jaw and teeth in the morning but that goes away pretty quickly. Would recommend.”

“From the first night of use I have noticed a huge difference in sleep. The reason I give it 3 stars is because my snoring went from Epic with a snore score averaging about 100, to a snore score averaging around 60, and no longer epic, but still loud. I will continue to use because it is a notable improvement and the best thing that I've tried so far but still open to new technology and devices. Mouth pain is an issue but wears off in the morning after waking. Been using about 2 weeks, and today I am noticing clicking in my jaw which I don't like. I may purchase another when this wears out.”

“It might decrease snoring, but it's so bulky it makes it all but impossible to close my mouth when I sleep, leading to my mouth drying out during the middle of the night, which wakes me up, which disrupts my sleep. Ended up being a waste of money for me.”

“I originally purchased a competitor's mouthpiece and loved it for years. When it wore out, I ordered a new one from them and learned that they changed the way the mouthpiece works. The mouthpiece wouldn't fit in my mouth very tight and my lower jaw would slack and my wife said I snored like crazy again. After some research I found PureSleep. When it arrived, I followed the directions and fitted the mouthpiece to my mouth. Immediately I noticed that this mouthpiece fit better than the previous companies did. The fact that there are no screws to adjust this mouthpiece is a huge plus for me. The competitor's mouthpiece advertises Infinitely adjustable with the screw. This screw, however, strips loose during the night and no longer offers the anti snoring benefit. Puresleep doesn't have adjustment screws so the mouthpiece stays in the position you originally formed. It is also much more comfortable than the competitors because it doesn't have those same screws tearing up the inside of my cheeks. This is saving my wife's sanity and I am also getting better sleep.”
