“My doctor recommended PureSleep 10 years ago to replace my C-Pap. I’ve used it successfully ever since. If you can get your numbers low enough, it’s a great alternative. Special care needs to be given to the fitting process, which I have yet to master.”

“I tried to email customer service but the email provided came back undeliverable. The hard outside plastic on this device rubbed the inside of my lips raw. The soft part of the guard is fine and comfortable but if your lips are bleeding it isn't doing the job. I'd like a refund but I can't get in touch with the company. Buyer beware!”

“I have been using PureSleep for nearly 10 years now, I'm on my 5th or 6th one. Not so great at stopping snoring (according to the wife) but what I do know is it has stopped my dentist from telling me I'm grinding my teeth away!”

“Been using them for years. Couldn't get along without. The first night or two it feels strange, but soon you'll realize it becomes like a pacifier to a baby to a baby...with the same results. I imagine it helps those who grind their teeth at night.”

“Appeared to be of sound quality. I gag easily and this made me gag hard. So I returned it like the website said the same day I got it. Today is day 9, the company hasn’t given me a refund, their email on their website doesn’t work, and I had to file a complaint with PayPal now. Shady. Wouldn’t recommend based on how they treat customers.”

“It's been 2 weeks and I am still struggling to fit it in my mouth in a setting that it can benefit my sleep. . I remolded it yesterday per advice from customer support but now the back end has flattened and hurt my tongue. I am not sure what else can be done”
