“I find that the Pure Sleep device really decreases the amount of snoring I experience. The latest device seems to have a manufacturing defect as the halves did not mold together and separate while sleeping. The devices also tend to wear out somewhat rapidly and must be replaced often which tends to be expensive....”

“Hey I got to be honest I think it works for me it's not a complete solution I've been to the doctor I've done the sleep test and I've been diagnosed with severe obstructive sleep apnea I know it's a problem they wanted to put me on the CPAP I tried it for 30 days it's just impossible I tried this as an alternative actually got my first one from my son-in-law as a Christmas gift cuz they know I snore I tried it I believe that it works to some extent and I sleep better may not be perfect but it was definitely some help”

“PureSleep does reduce and often eliminates snoring. I have been having issues with snoring for about 6 months. My wife began sleeping in another room because it got so loud. To better understand what she was experiencing I started to record and track my snoring using an app. Out of 0 to 100 with 100 being the worst, I would typically be around 50. Once I tried PureSleep, immediately I noticed a difference. On my first night using it I scored a 3! I continue to use it every night and see similar results. A minor concern I have with Puresleep, and time will tell, is it is much like a retainer, and it does shift your mouth and put pressure on your teeth while wearing it. I often will end up taking it out in the middle of the night as my mouth will feel sore. Removing it doesn't cause me to snore, but I do wonder if it will shift my bite or my teeth over time. I think the benefits greatly outweigh my concern. I can finally sleep in peace. I no longer need to feel embarrassed by my snoring. Most importantly my wife and I share the same bed again.”

“The Pure Sleep device does an acceptable (but not perfect) job of snore control. Personally, while I understand R&D, the cost to produce this piece of plastic is so out of line with what you charge, it borders on obscene. I have to believe that the packaging costs more! I am actively in the market for a more affordable option.”

“The device totally works. My wife noticed a difference on night 1. It is somewhat uncomfortable though and leaves my teeth hurting in the mornings. The mouth piece is a “one size fits all” and it is too small for me. I can’t leave it in all night due to pain and my dentist is worried it may be shifting my teeth.”
