“I think this new version has a big improvement in the interface with the user, and added new things since the previous version I had. I use QIMacros for easy of use and the wizards that makes the analysis faster, I also use SigmaXL as have nicer and pretty graphs in comparison with QIMacros, I also modified some of the templates in my previous version of QIMacros to look better. In conclusion, I like QIMacros for the ease of use, but can improve in presentation either graphs and tables.”

“Past user transitioning to a new company. Trial, purchase, and install all went well. Currently using to build control charts and dash boards for yield loss on liquid filling to understand current voice of the process and baseline documentation prior to initiating improvement strategies to reduce loss. We should be able to mark a process change as the data tells us we are improving.”

“Great! Please tell Jay this is excellent. I just wish I had some more information on the interpretation of the statistical analysis results. Jay seems to think we know as much as he does on what Anderson Darling means, ANOVA two factor with vs without replication shows and how to choose between them, and when Levene's are appropriate. It would be really helpful for us mear mortals to better understand which results to select based on what we are trying to learn. I am not saying he has to write a course on statistics, but some enlightenment on interpretation would be very helpful. Respectfully, a statistical mear mortal!”

“It is so exciting working with Jay Arthur and the team. Jay listens to the customers and designs new programs to meet our needs as consultants. For years I only used MINITAB and made recommendations to my hundreds of customers to purchase the software. But after working with Jay and his team, all my recommendations are for QI Macros. “QI Macros is easy to use and very, very powerful. Just about anything I need to do, manufacturing-related, regarding quality or analyzing largish datasets I tackle with QI Macros. And the stories in the e-mail newsletter are very helpful at teaching a new piece of functionality that I haven't yet used.”

“I have not had too many issues with using the Qi Macros "Add-In". An experience worth mentioning occurred recently when the "Add-In" disappeared from my Excel app and I had to reach out to technical support to confirm my trouble-shooting "next steps". Ryan with Technical and Customer support was prompt and thorough with his guidance and I was able to resolve the issue quickly. In an age where customer support is dodgy (at best), I was pleasantly surprised and grateful. A side note: based on the need to validate the QiMacros for my company's "application" purposes and what KnowWare Solutions provided via the website was substantial and comprehensive.”
