It was okay. There were a few gliches but we ended up getting it. I call Tech support and the 1st time he was nice but when I called back not so much. He ask if I followed the directions exact and I had missed a spot. So he did not offer help to me over the phone. Im 62 and I am not that good with downloading programs to a computer that is on a network at work. They shold be a little more helpful.

I love the software. I have been using it since 2017. I use it exclusively for Green belt training and many people have bought additional licenses due to the ease of use and graphing capability. My only gripe is that when I went to order an upgrade to my 2018 license, your customer service had a misstep and had overwritten my license. Apparently someone in my organization orders 21 licenses and gave my email address, this should have been a red flag right away. Your organization overwrote my 2018 license with a 2023 license which I did not have or pay for. So since they could not follow the line or ownership or find the purchase information I could only upgrade by either buying a new license or upgrading all 21 licenses. After arguing with Ryan in Customer service for a week, I decided to just buy a new license.

Michael, Our apologies for the frustration that occurred when a duplicate QI Macros license was registered to you. The experience went pretty well, but still needed help from my IT admin to get it up and running. Glad I had someone to work otherwise I might not have been able to figure it out on my own.

Glad you're up and running with your QI Macros installation, Nick! Please note that most organizations will require assistance from the IT team when installing software on their devices. But we are happy to offer complimentary support Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time for installing QI Macros and making sure it is operating properly. First of all, let me tell you, I have been an user of your fantastic software since 2007, and since then I have upgraded 4 times. But sadly, we are not given the extra discounts while upgrading and even after so many times , the new versions are not getting updated extended for a year even. Like, if I have upgraded in the month of Feb 2023, I should be eligible for getting the updates for the versions till the end of 2023 at least. A few things that we would like to make transparent to anyone who sees your review: While a brand new QI Macros license is currently $349, you were given the extra upgrader discount and purchased your upgrade for less than half the price of a new license at $159. And one of the ways that we are able to keep our prices as low as they are is by offering perpetual licenses with the option to upgrade at any time at the discretion of the user. There is a problem in installation so I could not used, your staff available time and our working time do not matches so finding quite difficulty to get it done!

So far, so good. Don't really have time to learn how to use it! And I've been surprised to receive phone calls encouraging me to buy the program after the trial period was up - AFTER I already bought the program. That makes me question things!
