“I like the software but wish there the online question window on the website offered help with how best to use the software given certain data sets.”

“Simple, effective and affordable. Much more reasonable than JMP and even minitab. Do not need a masters degree in statistics to get great value and great results. A complete package from the stat tools, improvement tools and templates! I have been using QI Macros for 15 years and the results have impressed customers, auditors and fellow employees. If you can enter data in excel you can use QI macros and get great results.”

“The email and invoice should include the instructions for downloading and installing the software. One should not need to click on the download link and then wait for it to be completed before the instructions can be read. A 5 star review would have been given if the instructions were printed at the bottom of the email. The chart wizard deserves a Bravo Zulu! Thanks, Anthony (Tony) Rehwaldt”

“I think this new version has a big improvement in the interface with the user, and added new things since the previous version I had. I use QIMacros for easy of use and the wizards that makes the analysis faster, I also use SigmaXL as have nicer and pretty graphs in comparison with QIMacros, I also modified some of the templates in my previous version of QIMacros to look better. In conclusion, I like QIMacros for the ease of use, but can improve in presentation either graphs and tables.”

“Great product but the account setup is a problem. I got a new computer and re-downloading is cumbersome. You have to go back and find an email for the original purchase to find an invoice # and remember a password. Why can QI Macros have an account that we can log into to view purchases and downloads? This is how it is done with most software companies.”

In the initial download email that is sent when a QI Macros license is purchased, we recommend saving the installation files to a USB drive or any other location that they can be easily recovered from. This way the QI Macros installers are always available with or without an internet connection. Additionally, our technical support team is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM Mountain Time to assist with whatever you may need. “Good Job overall. I still get reminders when I open Excel to purchase QI as my trial is over despite having purchased it weeks ago - annoying. Otherwise, the product works as promised”

“the installation took more time than expected as the old version previously installed was preventing an overwrite of the software. With some help of the QI helpdesk all was fixed.”
