I have been asking for a transfer pin and my account number from this wireless company for over one week but deliberately they won't let me have them. Is it a must to use your service? On one occasion they kept me on the phone line for 1hr and 45 minutes. I can't wait to join a class law suit against this uncouth and shameless company.

Third Day on Hold. I have been trying to contact QLink for 3 days & unfortunately I’m having no success. Received text messages & emails about my service being disrupted on 11/08, and I have to choose another provider. I tried switching to ESIM but still no luck this way either. Been waiting for a call back but no luck with that either. I’ve been on hold for 3 hours for the last 3 days waiting for customer support only to have the phone hung up on me after all that waiting. I just need them to unlock my phone so that I could keep my original phone number that I brought to Qlink over a year ago. My phone number was originally from Verizon but I switched to Qlink because of my regional location, I’m trying to get Verizon back but Qlink has to unlock my sim in order for me to switch carriers and still keep my original phone number. My number is very valuable to me, it’s connected to my gmail, bank log in, work log in. Unfortunately I am locked out of all my accounts because my phone number is no longer active, so I’m not an to use it for verification. This is very stressful.

This company is ridiculous. I waited for a live agent for 2 hours and 06 minutes but had no luck, so I decided to disconnect. Q Link Wireless has the worst customer service of all time.

I was contacted by Assurance and told my service with Qlink would stop as of 11-08-24. Called and texted the Q but never got an answer, tried Assurance and no call back, I might go back to Consumer Cellular where price was low and no hassle!

This company is ridiculous, you CANNNOT get ahold of them!!! I’ve sent them 8 messages, requested 9 call backs and spent 22 hours on hold trying to get my number transferred from them to another company. The last call is pictured 3+ hours and was hung up on!!!!!! I’m beyond livid they are incompetent and the service is sub par at best. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Stay far away from any free government phone service. Every few months they make you reverify your stupid stuff and then when these retarded services get in trouble, you gotta drop everything to sign up for some new pathetic provider. Completely avoid if you have a brain.

Their customer service sucks!!!! Have my services suspended because it said I transferred to another provider which I didn't. Been calling 3 days now and no response yet. Went on their chat support and after each one was given a form to fill out for some Technician Expert services they provide ($1 refundable) but you become a member that is $49 monthly. So, I can't get pass that before they pass my issue to customer support to restore my services. Overall, I was satisfied with the service but need better support for their customers....

Stay clear of Qlink Wireless or any government subsidized phone service. How the government hands over tax payers money to these corrupt cell phone management company's is incomprehensible and ridiculous. They were just sued buy the same entity pays for government cell services, see the irony in that? Has been one issue after another for 2 years and assurance wireless was ever worse.

I've never been so angry with a wireless carrier in my life! They canceled my Sim card without notice. ZERO NOTICE! my phone just magically didn't have any service at all! They emailed me an esim and I couldn't access anything because their website didn't work for 2 days 3 maybe? I've been trying to get my phone back since FRIDAY it's MONDAY! EVERY CALL TO QLINK is a minimum 1hr 40 minute wait to reach some one. I just got a Sim kit for a new provider Saturday and Monday NO ONE can call me or text me because Qlink is PLAYING around releasing my phone number so I can keep it. My new provider is placing a 3RD call as I type this to them to ask them to manually release my phone number. THIS SHOULD NOT BE THIS COMPLICATED ! my daughter had an emergency and couldn't reach me. I was in the hospital and couldn't tell anyone. Had to ask a nurse for a phone. Every qlink rep I did speak with thinks it's funny and I was told by 1 "it's ok just give it some time. After some time the website might work" WTH? I switched carriers and dear qlink answer the phone stop saying "and by the way" it isn't even used correctly and telling your last rep I spoke to I need my account number and phine transfer pin for my new provider, furious angry crying in frustration she laughed and actually tried to sell me an upgrade plan service! Wtf do I wanna stay with a provider who "BY THE WAY " is being sued by FCC for fraud, theft of funds, and selling data illegally Who is just at random going to shut my Sim off?!!!! New carrier is still on hold trying to reach qlink it's been almost 50 minutes with them. I've been on hold and trying to fix this since 830am and it's 1250pm today alone. I CANT hang up and have anyone call me back saving my spot in que BECAUSE I CANT GET INCOMING CALLS BECAUSE QLINK F ED UP! ZERO STARS! WORST CARRIER EVER! I DIDNT HAVE TO PAY A PHONE BILL WITH QLINK BUT IM GLADLY DOING THAT NOW BC OF THIS BS. WHAT WOULD MAKE A COMPANY SO BAD SOMEONE REFUSES FREE SERVICE

This is the worst experience in my entire life. Monday morning i woke up and i had an sos on my iphone. Q link said that they would be shutting on 11/8/2024. I had no communication no nothing. They could’ve at least given me a warning. They also messed up my IPhone. I lost pictures, contacts and on top of that i cannot get into any of my apps. All i am asking for you to do is to pay for a new iPhone. Lisa M Candito

My Dil was approved Aug 20th and here it's the 20th of September and still hasn't received SIM card they keep saying it in shipping and to be patient. Bs .. she applied to SafeLink which I've had since 2019 way better. And they said she should have sim within 10days. Qlink a joke

Horrible!! Paid 30$ for an unlimited plan and my data stopped working after 2 days!! All they could do was offer me to buy more data!! Makes no sense at all!!

Dude. False advertising on the unlimited data plan. I've read the hidden terms and conditions. They think 1 GB a day is "EXCESSIVE USE" but don't clarify that anywhere. I purchased the unlimited data plan to work my delivery job. I only used 5GB (5 DAYS), before they deemed my "USAGE" AS "EXCESSIVE". CUSTOMER SERVICE, SUPERVISORS, AND THEIR MANAGERS ARE A JOKE. I SUGGEST YOU READ ABOUT THERE LAWSUITS AND INVESTIGATIONS AGAINST THEM. IM SWITCHING TO A DIFFERENT LIFELINE PROGRAM. DON'T SUPPORT THESE SNAKES.

8/16/24 approved Needed sim card for phone To date 9/8/24 nothing No emails that it shipped Messages saying use my phone or service be deactivated well I would if they'd send the simcard!!!! Called twice Last week told its in que to be shipped At this point i don't think its coming And I'm looking into another provider What a sketchy company Glad I didn't purchase phone It would of never arrived and I would of been out of money Don't get involved with QL

U!!!!! Qlinklink wireless provide negitive information about your services. This is false advertisement. You state switch to Qlink wireless & get free unlimited data, talk & text which is a lie. I was with Safelink before and they gave a Terabyte of data that is really unlimited, I today canceled service with Qlink, because of the false advertisement on free data, u give 5 gigabytes, but if u pay $50.00 you get unlimited data which after 35 gigabytes you start throttling the data. You aught to be ashamed of yourself for misleading statements in your advertisement.

the worst company ever that I had to put up with . they charged me for phone service that I did not have and disconnected my daughters phone when they had money coming out automatically . they lied to me about my phone for my daughter and she never received her SIM card and charged me for phone service anyway. so I changed to another phone company because of them which know I was charged 2 times in a month for cell phone service because of them they are trying to reach me but I had to block them from my phone because I work part time and got in trouble for them to call me and they call at times that I can't answer the phone trying to take care of my daughter since I am a single parent and I can't answer them. this is the only phone I have so they are not going to be able to reach me unless they email me witch they Clame they will not due well that is the only way they will reach me.

This is the worst wireless experience I've ever had. We have received 3 SIM cards with 3 separate phone numbers within 30 days. The third SIM card we got last week. It worked for less than 24 hours when I call customer service. All they tell me is that the benefits are being transferred out. I feel as if there's some type of fraud that's going out because they seem to make us go through an extensive verification. However, there's no verification when they are allowing the benefits to be transferred out. Is what they keep saying, and then they tell you, it's the account holder who's doing it? Well, my husband's in no way tech-savvy. I am the one who set the service up. I am the one that activated the phone and I guarantee you neither he nor I transfer the benefits out. I absolutely refuse to give these people one dime, because this is supposed to be a lifeline service. I believe there's a lot of fraud going on. You get these wraps that are not from the United States, they keep repeating the same things over and over again. No one will give you a logical answer. As to why the phone service keeps going away. I spoke to a representative once again, not from the United States who kept telling me that my zip code was incorrect. He never once asked what phone number. I was calling about what the enrollment ID was. He just kept regurgitating the same ridiculous answers. I requested a supervisor who came on. She was absolutely no better. She just kept repeating the benefits are being transferred out. Can't tell me who's doing it. Can't set up any security measures to stop doing it. But she just kept saying the same thing over and over again. Do not waste your time. I'm sure at some point. There will be another lawsuit because I know this has to be fraudulent practices. And I'm going to figure out how to file an FCC complaint, because People need their phone services. Lifeline is supposed to be just that a lifeline, but not with qlink wireless. My husband is 61 years old and took a fall and could not call me for help. Thanks to these incompetent representative and substandard service.I'm done!!! If Could give them a-10 I would they don't even deserve even 1 star!!

We have had 3 different phone numbers in 30 days! They keep sending sim cards which work for about a week, then we get an email saying they got a transfer request and our service is disconnected. I contacted them and was put through an extensive security verification only to be told there is nothing they can do to secure the service.. wth so again they have sent another sim with yet another phone number. This is ridiculous and their reps responses are ridiculous!! Make it make sense. This is our last attempt with this service and I would NEVER refer anyone to go through this!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!
