“What I liked is that I was helped and not pushed. I was given the right advice about service plans, gap insurance and the car I bought was just as expected. I was kept up to date with the progress and found filling out and sending the forms easy.”

“I had a great experience at Quest. Peter was great-made the experience stress free, really simple and easy. He was really supportive and sorted everything I needed- even an extra top up of fuel to get home! He really listened and understood what I was looking for and was not pushy at all. The car itself is a winner- great value and I'm very happy with it. I feel the team are super approachable if I have any questions or issues in the future. Couldn't ask for more!”

“From the moment we walked into qmg , and spoke to Olly, to the moment we collected our new car, we experienced excellent friendly customer service, and a welcoming response by all at the site. “At every turn there was a staff member giving valid assistance without being pushy. Apparently some were clearly senior staff members freely helping. Brett gave extensive help to clear the paperwork and move to a smooth and timely conclusion. Website has plethora of good information of vehicles on sale to assist purchasers”
