“Well! All I can say is WOW! I have been looking for a new car for quite some time and came across a Vauxhall Mokka on your website. I decided I would go down to the Maldon dealership and have a look and test drive. When I arrived I was greeted by a very pleasant chap named Peter. He came over to see if he could offer us any assistance. At first I only wanted to browse so he said not to worry, just come and see me inside if you needed anything. I particularly like that as I really do dislike pushy salesmen that watch your every move. We continued to browse and then decided we wanted to take a particular car for a test drive. We went into see Peter who I must say has very positive happy personality. He went and got the keys and off we went. I have been on few test drives before and sometimes it can be quite nerve racking, especially as the car is not yours. Not this time however, it felt as if I’d known him for years and he put me right at ease from the start. He gave me a run down of all the need to knows and that made for a pleasurable drive. I really liked the car and with that we decided to go for it. We had decided that a PCP finance option was what we wanted before visiting and described this to Peter. He took some information and that was that, no pushing us toward any other options (He made us aware of our options) but did not try steer us toward other finance deals. This is often the case with other companies. While we waited for all the finance to go through we were offered tea and coffee and Peter was very engaging around making conversation to avoid any awkward silences. A few days later when I collected my new car, I was greeted by a very excited Peter again. I think he was just as excited as I was. We went inside to finish of the paperwork and again made to feel welcome and I was offered tea or coffee. Usually once a sale is done you find the service level dips slightly. Not with Peter, so helpful, so friendly and very much down to earth. We went out to the car and Peter gave me a full breakdown of how everything works even down to how the fuel cap swings open by gently pushing it. He handed me the keys with genuine satisfaction, wished me all the best and off we went. I have to say that you are most fortunate to have such an employee within your team that understands the needs of his customers within moments of meeting them. He listened attentively and and took the time explain anything we needed reassurance on. A truly genuine human being that for me certainly dispelled the myth of the “dodgy car salesman” I would like to thank Peter for his impeccable customer focus and outstanding service. I can assure you that because of him you have gained a customer for life and I sincerely hope this feedback goes some way to recognising his hard work within your business. “What I liked is that I was helped and not pushed. I was given the right advice about service plans, gap insurance and the car I bought was just as expected. I was kept up to date with the progress and found filling out and sending the forms easy.”

“I had a great experience at Quest. Peter was great-made the experience stress free, really simple and easy. He was really supportive and sorted everything I needed- even an extra top up of fuel to get home! He really listened and understood what I was looking for and was not pushy at all. The car itself is a winner- great value and I'm very happy with it. I feel the team are super approachable if I have any questions or issues in the future. Couldn't ask for more!”
