"**Terrible Experience \u2013 Would Not Recommend**\r\n\r\nI had a horrible experience with this company. I booked a car in advance, but when I arrived to pick it up, I was told it wasn\u2019t available. I was then made to wait for **two hours**, only to be offered a different car at **double the price**.\r\n\r\nA reputable company would take responsibility and provide a suitable alternative at no extra cost, especially when the issue was clearly **not my fault**. Due to this delay and lack of support, I **missed an important appointment**.\r\n\r\nOn top of that, there were **several hidden charges** that weren\u2019t communicated upfront. Customer service was extremely poor \u2014 unhelpful, unapologetic, and dismissive.\r\n\r\nI will **never rent from them again** and would strongly advise others to be carful and avoid them ."

They deducted the amount from my credit card without my agreement after making changes to the report after a joint inspection. I have reported it to the Police and consumer protection about this scam. later, their representative called me about the review. They didn\u2019t provide the report copy despite repeated requests.\r\n\r\nLater in the evening, I received an invoice of AED 1,013 for car damage and they attached the forged report which I didn\u2019t sign off. They shared the zoom photos of scratches along with the invoice and shared the long-distance photos as a reference that the car was delivered spotless.\r\n\r\nAttaching, the invoice and photos to understand how they can scam you.\r\n\r\nI have already raised a complaint with Dubai Police and consumer protection for their fraudulent act to recover my amount. Be careful dealing with this company. Not trustworthy so don't risk or else ready to be a victim."
