I booked a car in advance, but when I arrived to pick it up, I was told it wasn\u2019t available. I was then made to wait for **two hours**, only to be offered a different car at **double the price**.\r\n\r\nA reputable company would take responsibility and provide a suitable alternative at no extra cost, especially when the issue was clearly **not my fault**. They shared the zoom photos of scratches along with the invoice and shared the long-distance photos as a reference that the car was delivered spotless.\r\n\r\nAttaching, the invoice and photos to understand how they can scam you.\r\n\r\nI have already raised a complaint with Dubai Police and consumer protection for their fraudulent act to recover my amount. Be careful dealing with this company. Not trustworthy so don't risk or else ready to be a victim."
