“I bought a refurbished phone and it was faulty on arrival (sim tray wouldn’t open). I returned it and asked for an exchange and almost 2 weeks later I am still waiting for one to be sent out. Communication is terrible and I have been passed around from person to person who don’t seem to have a clue what others have said before them (despite all messages being on one thread). This was a present for my 12 year old daughter’s birthday which was now a week ago and we still have no clue when it’s coming despite allegedly being put on a ‘priority’ list”

“Purchased a phone on 19th March changed my mind requested refund on 20th march and I'm still waiting for it. All I keep getting is it's on it's way it absolutely ridiculous”

“From time I send to time money received was over a week, I used others and always under 5 working days, so you need to speed up, when you send payment change 48 to 2 hours”

“Have not received payment for a phone I have sent them, nor is the company replying to my emails anymore. Needless to say that I have had 20 attempts to call the company, all of which have been ignored. I have sent a final email before legal proceedings start. Very unprofessional company- would avoid at all costs.”

“The screen was repaired as requested. However the iPad was returned faulty. I tried to sort this by e mail etc but was getting ad hoc replies back that did not solve the problem. I therefore took it to a local company who repaired it for £60.00. They said they replaced the battery and something to to with an ‘icee’,I’m not sure if that’s the right word. They said the damage was probably done whilst the screen was being repaired. The iPad worked perfectly with the cracked screen but in return, the battery would not charge and the unit continually re started after about 60seconds. Whilst you made a good job of the screen, I am now a further £60.00 worse off. I have the receipt as proof. Thanks.”

“Ordered a iphone on 29 March and still havent received... Tried calling but constantly engaged, tried emailing them but only received automatic email reply. Tried tracking with I.D number but stuck on processing....... Wish someone would contact me to let me know whats happening......”
