“Product as described, very good condition and working order. One phone arrived in 2 days - excellent. However the other took longer than the specified 5 - 7 days and I had to chase this up rather than being informed of the delay and reassured that it was not lost - simply delayed.”

“I recently bought an I phone 6 rated A1 and it arrived within a few days-looking like new. Unfortunately the navigation didn't work on any app. Their team were very helpful with ways to solve the problem but to no avail. But to there additional credit they organised for its return for fixing or replacing. I sent it yesterday so we shall have to see how quickly this is sorted out. I shall review again when I have my/ a replacement phone back.”
