Order ID 16003979 Purchase completed on 3rd of April nothing dispatched of course now is 24 of April asked for refund I'm counting these 14 WORKING days and if I not get my money back I will report them to trading standards and I will take them to the court

16 business days after order was placed I still have no phone, only contact by email as no phone line. So far been fobbed off with lots of different excuses the latest being that all the phones they have failed the quality inspection so would have to wait another 10 business days to be dispatched. Order now cancelled apparently refunds take 14 working days - Avoid at all costs.

bought last year no problem this year !! order 2 phones after waiting 2 weeks was told phones unavailable so asked for refund 13th march promised refund within 2 weeks then no refund again complained said they would refund by 21st april yesterday ,complained again and told again accounts manager only deals with refund and call centre have passed message on.Can only think they have finance issues so will have to start chase through the courts before they go bust.nightmare stay clear

They have taken my money but now admitted - 2 weeks later - that they don't actually have a product to send me. Remains to be seen what happens next........

Trying to get hold of customer service for a refund absolutely terrible! I will be reporting this to trading standards and also I’ll be making this go to court! I am not having it!

It’s been 4 weeks since Quick Mobile Fix said they would refund my £449. They haven’t refunded me. They still have my money. They have neither delivered my goods nor the refund of my money. It’s been over 9 weeks since I ordered the goods. Their customer services are not responding to me. Last time I submitted a TrustPilot review they “helpfully” responded that I should contact their customer services. Not much use if they don’t respond. Keep your money in your own bank account. Don’t deal with this company that takes your money, doesn’t deliver the product and doesn’t refund. To keep everyone informed, I will be posting new reviews while they still have my money.

The price and quality from this company is usually brilliant. However it is entirely let down by its customer service which appears to be only available by email as their “live chat” appears to go through email. I’ve ordered three time from this company, each time I have waited more than a month for delivery. Despite weekly promises “it will arrive this week”. This time I am fed up of waiting, I will not order from them again.

Our daughter bought a phone which was not delivered and tried to get a refund. Despite many promises she is still waiting 6 weeks later! Do not trust this company - there is even a facebook site dedicated to their awful practices!

Sent my phone for repair on 28th FEBRUARY , still waiting! No communication, when they do answer you get promised a response , nothing. Seriously you MUST AVOID this company.

Just don't deal with them, they don't tell the truth and they don't give back your money without a fight. I am 69 years old run several businesses and this one is by far worst company I ever come across. Went to another company phone arrived next day and perfect.

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS COMPANY!!!!! Absolutely awful company. They cancelled my order when I asked them what it would arrived. Yes you read that right, THEY cancelled my order. And they haven’t given me a refund yet, it’s been 3 and a half weeks since THEY cancelled the order. They said it would take 14 business days for the refund to be processed, it’s been over that and I’m still waiting. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They are scammers who steal your money, and I’m shocked that they haven’t been shut down yet.

Avoid at all costs. Like others on here I have been waiting for my phone now and no sign. Checking on my delivery status it says that my order is still being processed, when the order should have been dispatched weeks ago. Further to this I have had no luck contacting the company either through email or on their website chat box. Have seen many reviews online with customers having to pursue the company through the bank and trading standards in order to receive refunds. I wish I had checked these before placing my order.

Company is absolutely terrible ordered my phone over a month ago I have received no good response from the customer service apart from a copy and paste response. I was willing to wait some time due to covid issues but after constant lies about when the order would be fulfilled I’ve had enough.
