“The products created and manufactured by R. Riveter are of excellent quality as well as functional. I own three products and have been quite pleased with my choices.”
“The response of customer service by email was prompt and done very respectfully. I appreciated this tone because u have many of your bags and have had been satisfied with all of the until I got the new Sally bag. The only problem I had was trying to determine how to handle an exchange and not just a return. The instructions on the website are confusing. My decision was ignore the instructions and send an email to customer service. They sent me a mailing label so that I could return my defective bag.”
“I own 10+ bags and accessories and use them everyday. They are very well made, sturdy and functional. As a former military spouse, I appreciate the commitment to supporting these unsung heros!”
“Purchased a wallet from store located in Pinehurst. Amazing customer service in store helping me find a pocketbook that suited my needs. Have been using it primarily for my business cards and have got countless compliments from clients and associates. Couldn't be happier with my purchase and will be a forever customer!”
“Received the Fight Like Rosie Hopper yesterday. It is very cute. Lightweight and a good size. I changed the strap to the logo strap. Looks great together.”
