I have over 10 different R.Riveter products and love them so much . My favorite is the Hopper purse. I have joint issues and this is a small bag but don’t be fooled by how it looks , it holds so much ! I have 5 different Hopper bags and recently purchased a guitar strap to use on one . The straps are so interchangeable. Love them ! Keep making these beautiful bags and other products please !”

The customer service was definitely lacking on my visit. The one and only R.Riveter salesperson in the store during my visit was lacking the energy and helpfulness I usually receive. The salesperson seemed indifferent that I was there. I’m a diehard Riveter customer. It is the only handbag I choose to purchase and carry. I’m hesitant to return to shop because I do not believe I will receive the customer service that should be offered.
I purchased the grey Augusta nearly a year ago and the R.Riveter signature is peeling off. I wonder if Riveter may remedy this with a sewn on logo tag that now seems to the tag attached in the updated Augusta.”

The sales associate was able to find the orginal purchase and my wallet was sent out for repair at no charge. Also, since I did not live locally R. Riveter sent it to me at my home address.
