“I ordered a radiator for my daughters 07 vw Jetta from you after researching for a while, radiator came promptly and fit okay, one thing I did not like was fact that you sent out a different radiator than I ordered because mine was out of stock, it should have been my decision to accept replacement or not before it was sent!”

We are sorry you did not have a good experience. However, we never switch brands without first sending out an email. Please check your spam or junk mail on June 14th. Not having heard back from you and to avoid delay it was shipped.
