“The radiator I ordered ended up being out of stock, so they sent an alternative one. It fit okay. The nuts for the mounting bolts didn’t line up very well with the holes in the frame, but I was able to make it work.”
“Radiator arrived within two days. Exact fit. Problem with transmission cooler line fitting leaking. Associate said must remove radiator from vehicle for photos. Need vehicle for work. Impractical to do so will lose money. Would appreciate replacement and return shipping label. Understand your policies but defective products shouldn’t cost me. Thank you P.Penn”

“The radiator they sent, despite the description saying my exact vehicle make/model/trim DID NOT FIT. Had to buy one from the mechanic instead and have to return this one.
Edit: they did offer a refund after jumping through a few hoops (they wanted me to cover return shipping costs). Not the ideal outcome but I’m satisfied.”
