“Customer service couldn’t tell me which radiator would fit Toyota Tacoma, 2002, 3.4, …”4x4”
I had ordered a specific one, but soon after receiving it, found out that the 4 x 4 is a factor. I will call customer service back and asked if this would fit in a four-wheel-drive, and the customer service rep could not tell me if it would, or would not. I’d much rather not find out after I’ve taken out my old radiator, that this one doesn’t work. I know the height makes a difference, but I’ve researched that the four-wheel-drive is also, in-which Customer service couldn’t tell me if this one would fit.

I can understand with the number of on line scams. However, we have been around for 32 years. You have already received your radiator and hopefully everything is working well. I hope you look into changing this review as it affects our performance.

“Not all metal like pictured. Plastic bottom and top end, bottom bolts that hold metal brackets onto sides of radiator blocked it from fitting in vehicle, bolts had to be removed. Also does not have mounted guide pin for bracket underneath, essential to keep the radiator from swinging in towards the fan.”

Im sorry that you are dissapointed, unfortunately the piece you ordered was out of stock in our east coast warehouse. We shipped your order as soon as it came in but due to the holiday weekend there were additional delays. Looks like you selected standard home delivery at chekout, if you had selecetd express your shipment would have gotten to you in two days.
“The radiator you specified that would fit my truck the bushings did not alone with the bold holes into the frame arm so i had To bore new holes into the frame to hold it in place. Also the tracking showed that my package had shipped but sat in the same spot for 4 days before making an over night trip to Houston to arrive a day before it was due to be put on.”
“I ordered a radiator and paid $25 shipping. They sent wrong radiator and I have to pay $25 to send it back. It wasn’t my fault so I don’t understand why I have to pay to ship the radiator back. I will not purchase from them again and believe usually buy 15 -20 radiators a year.”

“Radiator Now sent package thru FEDEX which in turn delivered to wrong address. Delivery was not as promised. Contacted Radiator Now and was told it had been delivered. Upon receiving a photo of delivery it was delivered to a house not our company. I was told that they would call FedEx and redeliver that was on Friday 10/24. On Monday 10/27 was called by the resident where the package has been delivered and was told package was still on their porch. My company went to the address where it was delivered and picked the package up. Resident stated they called FEDEX twice and was told it would be picked up however this was not the case.”
