“Great customer service from the website, they called to personally tell me the radiator was not in stock for my express shipping but they did have a similar one in stock, but a big thump sound was heard when it was delivered, unfortunately it was cause the overflow was broken off once opened, no time to send it back so ill have to fix it myself”

Very sorry FedEx damaged the radiator. As much care as we take in packing there are times that FedEx will still damage the radiator. If for any reason you are unable to fix it please contact us for a replacement. I hope you will reconsider your review as these matters are really out of our control.

“RN switched the suppliers because the one I ordered was out of stock. One of the nuts affixed to the radiator, for the overflow bottle, was all messed up and it took me forever to figure out that, although it was the right size nut, the threads were jacked up. I had to remove the nut from the radiator to see that it was, for a small little nut, really damaged. I thought I was putting the screw in at a weird angle or the nut was the wrong size, but no, the nut was actually damaged, thus making it impossible to get the screw installed. I messaged support and was told a technician would contact me, but never did. I ended up using the old nut from the radiator that was being replaced. If I'm correct, the radiator they sent me was the slightly more expensive one of the two original choices on the website. Higher price/different vendor, did not necessarily mean higher quality.”

“I don’t like that the radiator I paid for was out of stock, after I paid for it. Then I was alerted i was get sent a “premium” radiator. Once it got here, googled the brand. Turns out everyone selling like radiators; DOES THE BAIT AND SWITCH. With these Chinese radiators.”

There is no Bait and Switch. We sell only premium radiators and don't claim to be the only one's selling a brand. Please call us at 800-788-2122 and we will gladly take the radiator back and give full refund. The warranty remains the same for the one you may have originally ordered and the one we sent you. We send an email out before we ship and the customer always has the option to cancel.

I am quite surprised by your review. The box has CSF all over it plus the bottom tank has a csf sticker along with their serial number. You are welcome to call CSF and verify this.

Sorry for all the hassle you went through. On checking with my team I was told you called Fed ex and asked that the package be held at the Walgreens 14 miles away. Is there something I am missing ? Because after you called and told us that you were unable to go and can fedex deliver now, we called them for you and were told it would get to you.

“CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GOOD. THEY WERE PROMPT AND COMPETENT. THEY GOT MY ORDER SHIPPED QUICKLY. THEY WERE KIND ENOUGH TO CALL AND NOTIFY ME THAT MY RADIATOR HAD BEEN RETURNED FROM A CUSTOMER, WAS THE LAST ONE AND HAD A FEW DAMAGED FINS, BUT THAT THE TUBES WERE OKAY. I ACCEPTED THAT AND THEY REBOXED AND DELIVERED ON SCHEDULE. UNFORTUNATELY AFTER I INSTALLED THE RADIATOR I NOTICED THE FILL NECK WAS PUSHED DOWN OVER HALF AN INCH. I HAD TO PULL AND POUND IT BACK INTO SHAPE. QUALITY INSPECTION PROCESS NEEDS IMPROVEMENT.”
