“3 phone calls from them to make sure I ordered the correct parts was kinda annoying but don’t mind too much as wrong parts sucks.. my thing is these are cheap for a reason! They are super stripped down! Ordered two radiators and neither had a cap, rubber grommets or hardware! Cheap prices and fast shipping! If you need ANYTHING besides the simple radiator make sure you plan accordingly so you’re not stuck looking for grommets/hardware for 33 year old truck like me. Get what you pay for.”

Seems like you are disappointed with your purchase. Please call and we will happily return your money as long as the unit is new. Even if you buy the part at the dealer grommets , cap etc are never included.

“It was okay but they told me the radiator I bought was out of stock and they replaced it with a “premium brand” and when I looked it up it was pretty shoddy but it still worked… but don’t let your customers buy something if it’s out of stock. I felt straight up scammed”

“The radiator i got the mounting peg was broken when it came out of the box. Yes i know they are easy to break but that is why packaging and handling should be done more carefully in my opinion. And they showed up a day after they said it would be delivered.. a little disapointing”

So I canceled my order and placed a new one Thursday afternoon with parts geek and for 28$ shipping I received my radiator the next morning by 10 am.”

“The radiator took a little longer than expected due to fed ex, Customer service is great but when i finally received the radiator it was cracked and broken due to the mishandling of fed ex, therefore Radiator.com did refund me however I did have to buy it elsewhere due to the time lenght it would take after waiting nearly two weeks.
