“Radiator arrived in very good shape, boxed very well and in the exact time estimated showed up at my home. It's been in my vehicle for past 4 days and radiator is working well bringing a 2003 Mazda MPV back to life at 265K miles.”

Space between the radiator and the wide width of the box....was at least 4." That saved me. Box was damaged in shipment. Slice and breakage at the center of the box. If not for the extra space between radiator and box. No doubt ...punctured rad.

“Ordered a radiator they said would fit my vehicle. The radiator itself was right but the fittings to the trans cooler were wrong. The additional fittings they sent were the same size as the ones on the unit. I proposed a simple solution to the rep I spoke to, but was instead told to go buy one from somewhere else instead of them willing to work with me.”

I will respectfully disagree with your review. I understand you were upset and rushed and since we did not have what you needed i suggested to get one locally and we will give you a full refund. I tried to work with your simple solution but was unable to find the extra fitting you needed.
