Your order was placed on the 22nd Tuesday at 6.35 pm after hours. Was shipped the very next day 23rd Wednesday. The delivery dates are given when you choose the shipping and I don't believe the date could have showed Friday when Thursday was a holiday and the piece is shipping from California to North Carolina and you selected standard home delivery which takes 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. So to say you paid for Friday delivery is incorrect as that would be considered a Next Day Air shipment.
You sent a e mail to cancel the order but it was nor possible to do so as it had shipped. We offered to send you a return label if you did not want to keep it. Once again our apologies and we don't believe this is a fair review.

“I finally got around to putting it in. It fit very well. It would have been nice if the openings had plugs to keep dirt etc. out of the radiator. The packaging was ok but the radiator had a slight bow in the center but was nothing to hurt the way it worked or fit.”
