“Radiator was priced reasonably and well packaged for delivery. What got to me the most was the sales associate that contacted me the day after the order was made to insure that the short neck filler I had ordered for my dually was what I needed. I’ve ever had that done by another online retailer before and I greatly appreciate it.”
“Got the right part the first time. They even called me to verify the one I ordered was the correct one. Although shipping costs were higher than I'd like.”

“The "2 days or less" delivery is only if you pay extra for expedited shipping. Mine was not only well over 2 days, but then also delayed several times. When the radiator arrived, it was packaged very poorly with little padding on one side and no padding on the other. It was dead on arrival. It was broken. So after waiting endlessly for this radiator, it was useless and I lost a week and a half, then had to order one elsewhere anyway. Nope, not my favorite experience.”
