“Took a truckload of the Keto 600Cal meals for work at a remote site. Overall a pretty good experience, easy to prepare, the freeze-dried avocado was actually a pretty good substitute for meat and you could see just how much they were packing into each meal. My only complaint would be the Basil Pesto - that one had a fairly nasty bitter aftertaste that really wore you down after a while (but now I know to avoid it for future trips, it is all good on all other flavours)”

“Shared one 5day meal pack over a 4day hike (63km Rees-Dart in Mt Aspiring National Park NZ)....and did not go hungry! We dont really eat lunch hiking, our crew is big on snack pockets and candy trades! so 5day pack just brekkie and dinners would work for 3people....buy extra apple and cinnamon brekkie, nom nom nom. Enough energy without the 'stodgy' feeling you can get from other dehy meals, no preservatives less salt!!! no bloaty gut for your pack straps to deal with. Just focus on scenery ( and foot placement).”

“I just had one pack of Indian Curry. The suggested 5 mins wait time was not long enough for the dried peas to soften, so even though I kept revealing it, they were still a bit hard. Flavour was good though”
