“I was very surprised at how chick and easy this makes breakfast. Got them for hiking and hunting but they haven't made it that far yet. Very tasty and deceptively filling! Recommended!”

“When I read the ingredients, I couldn’t imagine how the apple and cinnamon breakfast would taste, but I was pleasantly surprised. Delicious. High protein which is what I need at the moment. I had with hot water. Not sure how cold would taste.”

“I am trying out the apple and cinnamon radix nutrition plant based ready to eat. I struggle to get three meals of 20th and of protein in each day with my schedule and workouts. Was very happy with the taste and consistency as I am a picky eater sadly. Also the 400 range kept me going till after my 12 noon meetings with overseas colleagues so a very happy customer here.”
