“I’ve been enjoying the original breakfasts on my PCT thru-hike. They are easy with hot or cold water, mix well, and leave me feeling satisfied and full for a good while! My current favorites are mango & chocolate. Highly recommend for an easy and nutritious breakfast on trail.”

“Having a subscription is great as I always have enough food for tramps and it keeps the cost down. The 800 cal meals are tasty and very filling and useful esp. after long days. It also means no dishes! I save the bags for future home-made meals, but I do get too many of them. All meals are vegan, so I don't have to read ingredient lists and get a variety of flavours. I'm disappointed that it's now packaged in a box inside another, larger box. Overall though: highly recommended!”

“Very helpful quick and easy shopping and love that it’s home made here in nz. The whey powder tastes so good after my rides or pool sessions and really enjoy the free shaker bottle so useful and keeps everything so cold”

“I am doing a 2l km race this weekend. As part of my preparation, I will have a low Fodmap breakfast 3 hours before the race to ensure time to digest. I choose Low Fodmap as I have gut issues especially when running. I am a triathlete, swimmer and tramper. I will have Low Fodmap breakfasts before any major day or event. The ease of preparation at breakfast means I can be at home, on the road, or out of town; all I need to do is add water, have a spoon handy, and eat. The packaging becomes a bowl. So convenient and no thinking is involved.”
