“Ordered a dishwasher part over 3 weeks ago. Still hasn’t arrived! They took the money immediately then e mailed me to say it wasn’t in stock ? Really ??? Bad company. Will never use them again .”

“The badly packed part was of inferior quality and consequently was a bad fit. A Returns form was missing from the package and my emails were not acknowledged. Undoubtedly my worst On Line buying experience”

“Ordered a new part for my hotpoint dryer. Delivery time was great Unfortunately part got damaged in transit. Sent pictures to the company. Within 10 minutes they got back to me and said they would replace the part by express delivery. Arrived next day dryer now working great. Amazing 5 star service would recommend highly. Thank you Ransom Spares. Mr. Barry Yates.”

“Waited for over 2 weeks for glass for my washing machine door, which states "in stock" when ordered. In the end Shannon from Ransom Repairs failed to answer my emails and still waiting for an apology. I've now gone elsewhere and had the part within 2 days. If I could have given no stars I most certainly would have!”

“Needed a freezer shelf front. I couldn’t locate the model number but a very helpful advisor found it and sent me the correct link. Ordered and received in 3 days. Perfect fit so very satisfied with this service and will certainly use again.”

“This company does not tell you that it doesn’t have a part in when you order or that there will be any delay. They also take the money immediately which is no way to conduct a business. Very disappointed.”

“Great service. Bought spares to repair my Bosch shredder. Genuine Bosch spares at excellent prices, postage costs are low also. Will definitely use again. Less than £10 to replace the plastic parts in the photo.”

“Ordered part that didn't say was out of stock when ordering. No contact from Ransom to say any delay. I had to email them only to be told it should be in that day and then would be dispatched to me. Nothing happened. I had to email again to receive a reply saying still out of stock or delayed. I'm sorry but this is a terrible way to run a business, be upfront, don't mislead. I won't use them again.”
