Nearly two weeks and still no sign of the part, it should have been with me 10 days ago. No tracking number and no information on when I will get it either. The item was in stock and their website says 2-3 days delivery for an in-stock item. First they said it was to do with the Royal Mail strike but when I said there had been no strike they said it was to do with a third party's system error?!! Who cares, my contract is with Ransom Spares not the third party? Then I find out the parcel was supposed to be going out with the awful Evri, so nothing to do with the Royal Mail. I don't think they know what they are doing themselves. All I have received is a flippant response "we are currently unable to cancel or credit the orders but if the customer no longer requires the order then they can refuse the delivery or a return can be arranged once it arrives." Huh?! I strongly suspect the positive reviews are not genuine. I Will never use them again.

This company seems to have gone off the radar. I have tried calling them many times but they never answer. Even when you fill out the order with Ransoms parts numbers and submit you just get back a response tell you to fill out the form correctly. You cannot get hold of anyone. Now that’s a bad service . They also have many bad reviews. This company should shut down and take their name off the list of suppliers for anything.

Ordered a dishwasher part over 3 weeks ago. Still hasn’t arrived! They took the money immediately then e mailed me to say it wasn’t in stock ? Really ??? Bad company. Will never use them again .

The badly packed part was of inferior quality and consequently was a bad fit. A Returns form was missing from the package and my emails were not acknowledged. Undoubtedly my worst On Line buying experience

Waited for over 2 weeks for glass for my washing machine door, which states "in stock" when ordered. In the end Shannon from Ransom Repairs failed to answer my emails and still waiting for an apology. I've now gone elsewhere and had the part within 2 days. If I could have given no stars I most certainly would have!

This company does not tell you that it doesn’t have a part in when you order or that there will be any delay. They also take the money immediately which is no way to conduct a business. Very disappointed.

MUST be avoided, VERY VERY BAD SERVICE, SNAILS DELIVER FASTER THAN THESE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. PLEASE DONT ORDER ANYTHING WITH THEM

Ordered part that didn't say was out of stock when ordering. No contact from Ransom to say any delay. I had to email them only to be told it should be in that day and then would be dispatched to me. Nothing happened. I had to email again to receive a reply saying still out of stock or delayed. I'm sorry but this is a terrible way to run a business, be upfront, don't mislead. I won't use them again.

Richiesto un azionamento centrifugo cod. RS 2747799 in data 29/ 08/ 2019 , ricevuto 3 mail di consegna stimata in date 10/09/2019 , 24/09/2019 , 11/10/2019, a tuttora in attesa ! Rimborso negato !

Worst Business ever. They claimed they have item in stock and next day shipment. When paid claimed they dont have part and waiting time will be 16 days to be shipped. Strong avoid !!!

terrible experience, they sent to me the defective part, later they sent to me replacement, and it came out that it doesn't fit to my model despite the manufacture recommendation so I had to return it, paid for postage....and guess what? they said that they will refund to me!!! I was fair to them, send to them photos, and replied on many question they had and now they treated me in this way AWARE OF THIS DISHONEST BAD COMPANY

Next day delivery my ass ! A week later and still nothing not even an email. Customer service is shockingly bad. I will never deal with this Co again.
