“We have just received our new boardroom furniture and are so pleased with it. Right from the very first enquiry Rapid Office Furniture were so helpful and everything was delivered really quickly by a lovely delivery guy. Will definitely be using Rapid again for any other furniture we may need. Great service.”

“I purchased an office chair. Delivery was very speedy, but, when the chair arrived, one of the arms was defective. I reported this and a replacement was with me within a very short while. Top marks for prompt and efficient customer service!”

“Excellent customer service throughout the whole process from our initial enquiry, ordering through to the delivery of the items purchased. Even when we experienced a small problem with a lock, they were prompt with their reply and sorted this out for us without delay. We were kept up to date with the status of our orders constantly, and this was followed by a phone call to make sure that we were happy with the goods. Overall...........Great value for money, friendly service and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone. A job well done.”
